Singapore for Sentebale

I made a quick visit to my second home, Singapore as you may recall, just before jetting off to Europe thanks to St Regis Hotels to watch the Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup. I was reunited with my dear friends Aspyn & Parker, who I met last year on a trip to India. We spent a few days in Singapore, hosted by St Regis & teamed up to explore the best parts of Singapore, which mainly included eating! Singapore is one of my favourite countries for food (but I may be biased as I am half Singaporean, hehe). After a few days exploring, we attended the Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup, where Prince Harry himself played polo, and we were all fortunate enough to watch.

So, what is Sentebale?
Sentebale is Prince Harry & Prince Seeiso's Charity, which provides aid to youths affected by the AIDS epidemic in Southern Africa. It's an amazing cause & Prince Harry participates in hosting polo matches around the world to help raise funds and awareness for his charity. St Regis were a sponsor for this event, and even had Nacho Figuras himself playing on their team! I feel so fortunate to have been invited to Singapore to now share it all with you.
It was a great event for an even greater cause.

You can find out more about Sentebale here.

Below are some images, which are a visual diary of the events captured mostly on iPhone. For the dinner event, we weren't allowed to photograph some of the night's moments, but the setting was incredible as you can see, it's a little sneak peek of the set up St Regis had for the night, in honour of Prince Harry.

This post is a little different to my usual, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless!

In the Whitsundays

The Whitsundays is a real Australian gem. Until a few weeks ago, I had never visited this beautiful place. I had always wanted to go, but never found the time to make a visit. Sometimes I forget that such beauty lies on my doorstep, whilst I am seeking out places in international waters. We did so many fun and exciting things, but were still able to have a really relaxed Australian escape. Seeing the Great Barrier Reef for the first time was an awesome experience, and I'm excited to share what else we go up to.

Hamilton Island
We started the trip in Hamilton Island, and spent the afternoon driving our buggies around the island. First things first - lunch! We flew in and headed straight to Manta Ray for lunch which was perfect for our grumbling stomachs.

Following lunch we took a sea plane out to the Great Barrier Reef, one of my personal bucket list moments, where we flew over heart reef and touched down on the water. It was surreal to see this in person and photos really don't do it justice. I'd recommend everyone do this in their lifetime. Despite the damage to the reef, this place is still nature at it's finest.

Once we returned to Hamilton, we enjoyed sunset and drinks at the bar at One Tree Hill. The view is stunning as you can see the surrounding islands, as you feel the warm breeze from here.

Hill Inlet & Whitehaven Beach
On the edge of Whitehaven Beach lies Hill Inlet, which really has to be seen to be believed. The sand and water swirls perfectly, as though Mother Nature painted it especially for eyes to enjoy. The best way to see it is by sea plane/helicopter & that's exactly what we did (both ways!).

Airlie Beach
'Ultimate Chill' is what I'd call this place. Airlie beach made the trip so relaxing. We were treated to personalised massages in our accommodation & enjoyed the gorgeous sunset all in one evening. This place was perfect for unwinding and chilling with good company.

Bowen, home to the giant Mango, is the cutest little town, which not far from Airlie Beach. We stopped through here for fudge & mega shakes, fresh seafood, beach views, and mango sorbet.

Hope you enjoyed this, and that you can make it here one day.

Do Pandora

This is a long awaited post. Apologies for the delay in getting this one up, friends! I've been wanting to share these visuals on here with you, it's just taken me some time.

Back in April, I spent a week in beautiful Chiang Mai with PANDORA for the launch of their new crafting facility, and campaign, #DO

Following a press conference and official ribbon cutting, we were able to tour the new factory facility in Chiang Mai. It was awesome to see the behind the scenes care for staff, as well as the process and the quality of work that goes into each and every PANDORA product. The process of making each piece is incredibly long and detailed, completely ethical, and it just goes to show the value of their beautiful pieces. I wish I could show you more, but of course some things must be kept secret.

I'm happy to support PANDORA, because not only are they a brand about ethical production whilst producing high quality jewellery, but so much of their 'DO' campaign really resonates with my own beliefs about 'DOing' whatever it takes achieve your goals, being true to yourself, and never giving up on what you believe in. It's so inspiring and refreshing to see a brand so passionate about spreading positivity and believing in real values.

Although this trip was such a short one, I came out of it feeling incredibly inspired. The two days spent in Thailand felt like a family gathering as I was surrounded by an awesome group of talented and wonderful women. I can't wait to DO more this year, and keep sharing it all with you. Here's to kicking more goals this year and every year, and continuing to inspire and encourage one another. I hope you're all kicking butt in whatever dream you're chasing.

Here are some photos from the week in Chiang Mai from the beautiful Dhara Dhevi Resort.  It was like a dream. #DOPANDORA

Cooling down over smoothies and cakes with the lovely Leonie of OhhCouture, both wearing new PANDORA.

Taken at the launch of their new facility, of course I capture the food.

A Night With Spell

Last week I had the pleasure of being wined and dined by one of my all time favourite brands, Spell. We celebrated the launch of Spell's new collection LOTUS. They shared a short film of the gorgeous collection, which was shot in France and filmed by Paul De Luna [You can watch it here]. The film's ethereal style set the tone for the evening, as you will see below. It was such an intimate and special evening, and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it. The food was delicious, and just before dessert we were serenaded by the incredible Julia Stone. Her voice gave everyone chills - you could hear a pin drop in the room when she performed. Here are some moments from the night below.

Stay: Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay

We recently escaped to Bali for my dear friend Melissa's engagement party. You might have seen it on my Instagram stories - it was insane. The party was in Uluwatu, so we needed to find somewhere close by. Coincidentally, Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay invited us to stay for a few nights which was the perfect hideaway in busy Bali. This place could not be more perfect and was my favourite spot of all the places we stayed during our trip. We didn't leave the resort for two days as we were so jet lagged from flying from Miami. Everything was a 'Dial 0' away. We slept, ate, bathed, and lay by the pool, and I wouldn't have it any other way, especially considering how manic the past few months have been. Here's some photos I have to share, I wish I could show you more but I was honestly so relaxed - so no apologies there. Hehe!

Our room was the Premier Ocean Villa. You can find more here.

There are so many activities available - you can take part in a cooking class, located here!
